Shipping policy

At Expert Resumes LLC, all products and services are delivered digitally.

We do not ship any physical goods. Upon completion, all deliverables (such as resumes, LinkedIn recommendations, and related branding documents) are provided electronically via email or secure digital download.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to download, save, and securely store their deliverables upon receipt. We do not guarantee long-term storage or retrieval of completed projects.

Expert Resumes LLC retains the right to delete customer files from any servers we own, rent, or utilize after ninety (90) days from the date of final delivery.

If a customer requests retrieval of any files after the ninety (90) day period, a $300 administrative fee will apply for file recovery efforts, if recovery is possible. We do not guarantee that files will still be available after 90 days.
